Britta Zeschmann is originally from Germany, She’s level-headed, meticulous and persevering, as well as friendly, service-minded, and clear in her communication. Clients know where they stand with her. Britta operates in a systematic and structured way, is persistent and tenacious in achieving clients’ objectives, and also has a good eye for practical solutions.
She likes variety and pursues a broad legal practice. Much of her work is of a cross-border nature, involving in particular German-speaking areas. For example, she assists German companies and individuals that wish to operate in the Netherlands or are involved in a dispute here. She works mainly in the fields of company, contract, and labour law and she supports the firm’s insolvency practitioners in their work. She is also an expert in drawing up bilingual contracts. Britta advises and assists German-speaking clients in their mother tongue.
Britta is one of the key members of the German Desk at Thuis Partners. She is a member of the Deutsch-Niederländische Rechtsanwaltsvereinigung (DNRV), the Deutsch-Niederländische Handelskammer (DNHK), the Deutsch-Niederländische Gesellschaft zu Aachen (DNG), and the Aachen Chamber of Industry and Commerce’s Deutsch-Niederländische Business Club.
