Roy Bongers is a specialist in insolvency law and in the law of finance and security interests. He successfully completed the prestigious Grotius Academy postgraduate specialist programmes in both areas of law. In addition to his practice as an attorney, Roy regularly acts as a court-appointed bankruptcy trustee, a role in which he is frequently engaged by the judiciary.

Drawing on his in-depth expertise, Roy advises entrepreneurs on a wide range of complex legal and financial issues. He also provides strategic guidance and legal support in matters involving corporate restructurings and debt workouts. Furthermore, he counsels businesses on issues relating to the applicability and mandatory participation requirements of industry-wide pension funds.

Roy was admitted to the Bar in 2010 and brings with him a wealth of experience and practical insight. He is known for his pragmatic and solution-driven approach, always placing the interests of the client at the forefront.
