Rob Lemmens is an experienced lawyer with businesslike cool-headedness. He is analytical and service-oriented. As a lawyer and a business economist, he supports entrepreneurs with both legal and economic advice. Rob is decisive, practical and firm, without unnecessary trimmings.
Rob specialises in insolvency and business law. In addition to being a lawyer, he is a university graduate in business economics. Rob frequently acts as a trustee and administrator in bankruptcies and suspensions of payments. He also advises businesses, their shareholders and directors in the case of reorganisations and in the context of directors’ and officers’ liability. In addition, he regularly supervises mergers and acquisitions and advises on business law matters, such as national and international commercial contracts.
In 2011, Rob completed the Grotius Academy training in insolvency law cum laude and he is a member of INSOLAD (the Dutch Association of Insolvency Practitioners).
