Mariëlle Stroes is a lawyer who stands for her clients and their cases. She does not lose sight of her goal and does not give up before this is achieved. She uses a personal, practical, result-oriented and no-nonsense approach.
Mariëlle is an experienced labour law specialist. She advises and guides clients in all aspects of labour law, such as reorganizations, questions about employment conditions and collective labour agreements and collective and individual dismissals. Mariëlle has extensive experience in the border area between labour law and company law and this makes her a valuable adviser for companies. Mariëlle is also well versed in privacy law and frequently advises clients about the GDPR. She also has extensive experience in drafting commercial (international) contracts.
Mariëlle has completed the post academic specialization in employment law at the Grotius Academy. She is a member of the Limburg chapter of the Association of Labour Law Lawyers (“Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Arrondissement Limburg”, VAAAL) and of the Dutch Association of Labour Law Lawyers (“Vereninging voor Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland”, VAAN).
