Robert Janssen is a lawyer who attaches great value to good business connections. He focuses closely on his clients, on their businesses and on the problems that they are faced with. He understands and speaks their language. Robert is also a really pragmatic person. He does not burden clients with extra questions and/or larger problems. On the contrary, he supplies specific answers and offers clear solutions.

Robert specialises in the civil-law aspects of construction law, in residential and commercial tenancy law, as well as in health law. He advises architects, businesses, housing corporations and institutions. In addition to a consultancy practice, he also has an extensive litigation practice at both the regular courts and at the Arbitration Board for the Building Industry. Robert Janssen has also lectured on professional confidentiality and the right of non-disclosure, as well as on the civil and criminal-law approach to physical and verbal abuse against emergency service providers and care workers.

Robert has completed in-depth courses in the field of civil property law and health law. Robert completed the tenancy law (residential and commercial space) special training cum laude. He is a member of the Dutch Association for Construction Law Lawyers, the Dutch Association for Property Law Lawyers and the Dutch Association for Tenancy Lawyers. Robert was also a supervisory director at a housing corporation, he is a board member of pop podium De Nor in Heerlen and is a regular guest lecturer at Zuyd University.
