Tenancy Law – Residential and Commercial Property

Whenever real estate is made available by an owner or investor to a user in return for payment, tenancy law becomes relevant. It is a fascinating yet complex area of law, governed by numerous mandatory protective provisions from which parties may not deviate.

Robert expertly guides his clients through this legal framework. In cases of nuisance or conflict, he takes a hands-on approach to swiftly and effectively resolve the issue.

Robert chairs the Healthcare Law section within Thuis Partners. Together with his colleagues, he advises healthcare institutions on the specific legal challenges faced in the care sector. These include complex funding issues (under the Social Support Act – Wmo – and the Long-Term Care Act – Wlz), real estate matters (such as the separation of housing and care), as well as core healthcare law questions.

He regularly provides guidance on matters such as the scope of medical professional confidentiality and the appropriate legal response to aggression towards healthcare providers.
