General

Thuis Partners is affiliated with two major international networks: GGI and IPG. Through these global networks, we are able to assist clients with cross-border matters quickly, reliably, and efficiently. And of course, advisors from around the world know how to find us as well. This international collaboration has enabled us to gain extensive expertise in cross-border legal matters, with a strong understanding of differences in culture, approach, and working methods.

GGI Membership

As an independent member of GGI, one of the top ten international alliances of accounting, consulting, and law firms, we are able to offer the best possible advice on a global scale. Through GGI, we have access to a network of experts worldwide who provide advice on local regulations, compliance, and go-to-market strategies. GGI’s extensive international presence opens a gateway to the global marketplace, benefiting both us and our clients.

Our GGI membership provides us with access to high-quality firms in nearly every major financial and commercial centre across the globe. This remarkable network allows us to assist you with business opportunities beyond national borders and to offer international support alongside services in your home market. We are here to support your success, no matter where your business takes you. For more information, visit GGI at www.ggi.com.

GGI is a global alliance of independent professional firms. GGI Global Alliance AG, a company incorporated under Swiss law, operates solely as an administrative resource for the alliance and does not provide legal, audit, or other professional services to third parties. These services are provided exclusively by GGI member firms within their respective geographic regions. GGI and its member firms are legally distinct and separate entities. They do not operate as a parent-subsidiary, partner, joint venture, or agent relationship. No member firm has the authority to obligate or bind GGI or any other member firm in any capacity, nor does GGI have the authority to do so with its member firms. All GGI members are independent, rendering services on their own account and bearing the associated benefits and risks without involvement from GGI or other member firms.

IPG Membership

Thuis Partners is a proud member of the International Practice Group (IPG), a global knowledge platform that brings together lawyers, accountants, and tax advisors to collaborate on international matters. The IPG network comprises over 100 independent firms worldwide.

Through our membership in the IPG network, we are able to offer reliable, effective, and efficient services to clients with questions related to foreign law or cross-border issues. Likewise, IPG members can rely on us for Dutch legal expertise. This collaboration is one of the key reasons we have extensive experience working with foreign clients, always mindful of cultural, procedural, and methodological differences.

Membership in the IPG is an active one. The organisation holds bi-annual international conferences, and we ensure our firm is represented at these events. Additionally, we work closely with our IPG partners to handle cross-border cases, assist international clients with Dutch legal matters, and serve as intermediaries for foreign law issues.

With years of active participation and a vast network of connections, we are well-acquainted with the professionals who make up the IPG network. As a result, our clients benefit from the deep relationships we have cultivated within this global network, particularly when dealing with foreign or cross-border legal matters.
