Wout Donkers is a lawyer specializing in insolvency law and corporate law. He assists the trustees of Thuis Partners in handling bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, he is involved in the corporate law department, where he advises on shareholder disputes, directors’ liablity, and corporate structuring.
